Patricia Ogwal is the Co-Founder and Team Leader at PATAN & Associates. Patricia is a results-oriented certified accountant and professional management consultant with over 20 years’ experience working with both profit and not for profit organizations. Her areas of expertise include provision of management services, tax advisory, donor funded training and project management, risk and assurance services; and providing effective leadership strategies.

She brings a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. Patricia is adept at managing concurrent objectives to promote efficiency and influence positive outcomes. At PATAN she oversees the finances of global non-government organizations with clients in Uganda, East African region, Europe and the USA.

She is an expert in financial management; audit; tax advisory; grant management; capacity building, and leadership and management consulting. She is currently pursuing the Certification in Tax Advisory (CTA).

She is also a Humanitarian Emergency Response Expert; and Policy / Systems Advisor for Non-Government Organizations.

Andrew Kironde is a Co-Founder and Partner at PATAN & Associates. He has over 22 years’ experience in financial management, supply chain management, and internal control systems for sub-grantees/partners.

His wealth of experience is drawn from working on projects funded by the European Union, USAID, CDC, UNHCR (originally UHCHR), the Uganda Government and Community Based Organisations (CBOs).

Andrew Kilama Lajul is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK, Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA) and Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA) with the American Institute of Financial Management. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).

Andrew Kilama has over 25 years of experience in both private and public sector. He specializes in specializes in corporate finance, policy and strategy design; financial management, and corporate governance. In addition, he is a well-regarded consultant and university lecturer. He is also an expert at institutional development and transformation, supply chain management, public private partnerships; and human capital development.

Kilama is currently enrolled on the Doctor of Finance and Economics in Development at Monarch Business School, Switzerland

Willy Odongo, has over 25 years in accounting and financial analysis systems. Willy specializes in the design and set up of financial management systems. He is your go-to-expert when it comes to shared services modules for back-end processes including payroll, taxes, accounts, overhead allocation; and expense management systems.

Willy has a dynamic leadership style in driving strategic planning for business processes development and efficiency in multiple countries for international development organizations. Willy oversees information systems; audits, installations, trouble-shooting, and capacity building our clients

Hope MusinguziAssociate

Hope Musinguzi, an Associate at PATAN & Associates, has over 8 years’ experience auditing public sector firms. An ACCA Affiliate, Hope previously worked at the Uganda office of Deloitte, one of The Big Four. Her portfolio at Deloitte covered donor funded organizations and projects in Uganda, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Burundi.

Now at PATAN & Associates, Hope is the team lead in the Audit section. She brings on board the global thinking perspective, and acting local to promote best audit practices for our clients.
